Currently, it’s very late and I’m very tired… Especially with the lack of interesting updates on the Smash Bros. website. Welcome to Dojo Day!
Bonsly: A new pokemon from the DS games Pokemon Diamond and Pearl versions, who happens to be the pre-evolved form of the tree looking rock pokemon, Sudowoodo. Since it is made up of rock, it is heavy to carry, but when thrown it can send an enemy soaring. However, you can reflect this pokemon if you are able to.
Rotation: Rotation allows you to play with more than four characters by rotating with other people by losing matches. This new feature is convenient and is an easy way to play with 16 players!
Ice Climber: This fancy, revised tune will be featured on the Ice Climber’s stage, The Summit.
Options: The options of the game, located on the main menu, allows the players to adjust the screen size, deflicker of graphics, rumble of the controller, the controls of the game, the sound, erasing data, and listening to my music.
Mario Circuit: Finally this stage has been officially introduced. It was in a number of trailers, and now here it is! Similar to Mute City from the previous game, players fight on a track with a few floating platforms. Shy Guy karts come from the sides and the back, so be prepared!
Waluigi: Unfortunately, it has been confirmed that Waluigi is not a playable character, but an assist trophy. He runs around with a tennis racket from Mario Tennis, kicking and whacking players he chooses.
Stafy: An interesting, yet useless cameo appearance of the star from Densetsu no Stafy. He just spins around in a circle, waiting to be attacked.
This week there wasn’t much surprise. I mean, who really cares that much about the options of the game? The rotation tidbit is nice, and Japanese Nintendo fans must be amazed at the appearance of Stafy. Unfortunately, my hopes of Waluigi being a character are crushed. And Mario Circuit doesn’t even count as a piece of new news. Where are all of the new characters? Well, I guess we’ll have to wait till next week…
